Jelly Ice Cream Topping:
Measure in a sauce pan 2 parts of your favorite jelly to 1 part water. Heat on low stirring until it becomes a syrup. Let cool and pour over your favorite ice cream. |
Jelly Glaze:
Measure in a sauce pan 1 part of your favorite jelly to 1 part balsamic vinegar. Heat on low stirring until it becomes a thin liquid. Baste while roasting, grilling, or smoking of your choice of meat. |
